Technical Arborist (Climbing & Rigging) - An expert in tree climbing, rigging, and aerial operations. Handles technical removals and pruning in challenging environments, utilizing advanced techniques to maintain safety and precision.

Professional Groundman - Supports arborists and climbers by managing equipment, preparing worksites, and ensuring efficient workflow from the ground. Plays a vital role in crew communication and jobsite safety.

Aerial Technician - Operates aerial lifts and specialized equipment to perform pruning, removals, and canopy maintenance. Balances efficiency with tree health and site safety.

Plant Health Care Technician - Focuses on diagnosing, treating, and preventing tree and shrub health issues. Applies fertilizers, pest management, and soil care treatments to support long-term plant vitality.
